General terms & conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

Glamour Bunny is an online shop in new (retro) clothing, footwear and accessories, which can be visited at Glamour Bunny has no physical store and orders can only be placed online and by post.


These general terms & conditions (further called: ‘’T&Cs’’), pertaining to the internet activities of Glamour Bunny via, are also drafted in accordance with the so called “General Conditions Thuiswinkel” which themselves were formulated in the frame of a cooperation between the Dutch consumers' organisation and a forum which  represents the interests of both employers and employees.


References to “Glamour Bunny”, “we”, “us”, “GB”, are references to Glamour Bunny, a company registered in The Netherlands (company number 68737475), with a registered office at Koelweg 37,  6373 TG Landgraaf, The Netherlands and VAT number NL857569661B01.


Article 2 – Applicability

Our T&Cs apply to all offers, orders and agreements closed through the website or otherwise pertaining to whatever offer is placed there or any other transaction of business relating thereto, and they exclude all possible other general conditions of sales, purchase, or alike, from whichever counter-party those may derive.


All regulations and rules in this T&Cs only apply to agreements between Glamour Bunny and a consumer, who purchases at Glamour Bunny with a common quantity.


By visiting our website or accepting an offer and/or placing an order, you accept the applicability of these T&Cs.


Any deviations from these T&Cs may only come into effect if executed in writing. In case of any (such) deviation from a certain part of the T&Cs, the other terms and conditions of them remain fully in force.


Article 3 – Placing an order

If you place an order on the website of Glamour Bunny, you confirm that all your information is accurate and true.

The placing of an order is done when you pressed the ‘Pay’ button and completed all following steps.


Glamour Bunny is authorized to refuse orders or to ask for additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be reported to the customer, mentioning at least the reason of rejection.


Article 4 – Prices and payment

If you pay an order by using a foreign payment card (with another currency-denominated account as the British Pound Sterling currency), your payment will be done in British Pound Sterling. Your bank will convert said currency value into the currency of the card account on the basis of the foreign exchange rates of said payment card issuer.


A payment can be made in one of the ways specified during the ordering process. A customer’s order may, depending on circumstances, be subjected to certain additional payment- and ordering conditions, which will be clearly mentioned where applicable. After placing an order, the customer will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail with the total cost, including the shipping costs. Payments can be made with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express through MultiSafePay.


Payment methods are processed through the Internet Cash desk of MultiSafePay.


The prices of the articles mentioned on the product page include VAT on orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are, unless otherwise stated, included in these prices. Before the closure of any agreement between Glamour Bunny and the customer, the total price including the shipping costs, which are free within the United Kingdom, is announced on our website.


Glamour Bunny cannot be held to price indications which are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typing errors, misprints or data transmission.


Article 5 – Delivery

Glamour Bunny strives, on a best efforts basis, to handle all orders in a way that allows for dispatch within 48 hours, but no later than 3 working days after receipt of the payment. Glamour Bunny is however not obliged to do so in a legal sense.


We as Glamour Bunny do not deliver ourselves. Deliveries will be done by third party couriers. Be aware of national / local import duties and other requirements for the delivery of your order.


If an order cannot be shipped completely, the order won't be sent at all, unless consultation with the customer has taken place. In case the delivery of an order is delayed because (part of) the order is (temporarily) out of stock or for other reasons, or in case an order can't be processed (completely), the customer will receive a message within 7 working days after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of any charge. Glamour Bunny will then arrange an immediate and complete refund.


Article 6 – Retention of title
The ownership re the ordered items is transferred from Glamour Bunny to owner at the moment of the delivery of said items to the correct delivery address.


Article 7 – Cancellation / Return policy

In accordance with the Customer Rights Act 2015 and in addition to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order of new items within 30 days onwards from the receipt of the items of the respective order, without having to pay a fine and without giving reasons. You have the possibility to receive the order amount back. In that case, Glamour Bunny will also credit the already charged costs for delivering the order on the specified delivery address.


All items can be exchanged or returned. To all items applies: “Money back if not satisfied”. The only condition is that you send your return back within 30 days after receipt and that the following requirements are met:


    a. Announcing an exchange

You always have to let us know in advance that you wish to exchange an item. Please e-mail us and do mention your order number: Within 1 working day (Mo – Fri 8 am – 5 pm, with the exception of national holidays), we will confirm your exchange request.


    b. Following return instructions

Please select the reason for return on the return form. Payments by Credit Card or PayPal are only refunded on your Credit Card or PayPal account. Also please make sure that the article is sufficiently packed and add the return form to your return shipment, otherwise we can’t process your return. You can cut off the address strip and put it on your return package. You can bring your return package to the nearest post point. As customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.


The item you are returning has to be in its original state and in an unworn condition, without any smell of perfume, perspiration or cigarette smoke or any other signs of wearing. Labels/hangtags have to be attached and in case there is a hygiene strip, it must still be included in the article. The packaging has to be undamaged and in an impeccable condition. Returned items with a ripped/damaged packaging and/or without labels/hangtags, that can’t be sold anymore to our opinion, won’t be accepted by us.


Please make sure that you don’t use too much perfume or make up while trying on clothes and that the items won’t get damaged by any jewelry.

Glamour Bunny reserves the right to reject return orders and/or to charge a fee for repair or because of a reduction of the sales value, on the basis of the aforementioned points or suspected use of the items.


After the receipt of your return order, we will check the items on the aforementioned points. As soon as possible, but at latest within 5 working days, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. Immediately, but at least within 7 working days after return receipt, Glamour Bunny will refund the purchase money of the returned item(s) if / to the extent same are in line with Glamour Bunny’s return policy as set out in anteceding sections of this Article 7. The refund is excl. charged shipping costs. The return costs have to be borne by the customer (as well).

Return orders always have to be sufficiently stamped. These costs have to be borne by the customer. Return orders which are insufficiently stamped will be rejected at all times.


The shipping costs of orders that were shipped for free won’t be reclaimed after return receipt.


Glamour Bunny is not responsible for lost return orders. The customer him-/herself hast to make sure that the return order is packed and shipped properly.


We do our best to describe and present our products on our website in the best possible way. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase anyhow, you can return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To all purchases, except for the ones mentioned in article 7 sentence (including discounted / sale items) applies: money back if not satisfied.


Article 8 – Complaints
We do our utmost to deliver a good product. After receipt of your order, you should check the delivered items immediately and report any noticed defects to us per e-mail. If an item has not been delivered in accordance with your order or if it doesn't meet the description on our website, please let us know as soon as possible per phone (on working days Mo - Fri from 8 am – 5 pm, with the exception of National Holidays) or per e-mail at, mentioning your order number.

We place a high value on customer service. Please always contact us (within a reasonable period after your purchase), if something is wrong or if the product doesn't meet your expectations in any other way. We will do our utmost to come with the best possible solution for you!

Of  course it can happen that the quality of a garment doesn't meet your expectations (anymore) after a certain period of use, e.g. if the garment after a short period of use already shows signs of extreme wear, if a button is missing or a zipper is broken or if you have noticed that the item doesn't look nice anymore after washing.

The warranty period on our items is 3 months after receipt of the items. Of course, this warranty is only in force if the items are used and washed in a normal frequency. In that case, the reasonably foreseeable lifetime of the concerned garment should also be 3 months.


Our clothing has to be washed according to the washing instructions attached to the concerned garment. If you have chosen a different washing method, your complaint will be rejected at all times.


This warranty expires if you have tried, without further consultation, to repair the defect yourself and/or if the instructions for use haven't been followed.


If you have such a complaint regarding an item that you bought from us, we would like to hear that from you. You can contact us per phone or per e-mail at on working days (Mo - Fri from 8 am - 5 pm, with the exception of National Holidays).


Article 9 – Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements, to which these T&Cs apply, as well as these T&Cs itself, are exclusively governed by Dutch Law.

If one or more of these Terms and Conditions are declared void at court ruling; other conditions of these T&Cs will remain in full force and effect,

Glamour Bunny and the ordering customer will consult together in order to come to an agreement regarding new conditions which will fully replace the voided conditions. The new conditions have to follow the aim and the meaning of the voided conditions as much as possible.
